Taxation Advice and Planning
We are experienced in all areas of taxation
including personal tax, corporation tax, capital gains tax, inheritance
tax, trusts, value added tax and national insurance. We pride ourselves on
being fully conversant with current legislation.
Accountancy
We prepare accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited
companies from manual and computerised records.
Bookkeeping
We provide full bookkeeping services either in-house or at your premises
and are also able to advise on maintaining records yourself in
accordance with the Inland Revenue.
Payroll
We provide weekly/monthly payrolls for your employees, including
notifying you of PAYE payments and completion of End of Year Employer
Returns. We are also able to offer training on maintaining your
own PAYE records.
VAT
We are able to complete VAT returns and are able to offer assistance on
preparation of VAT returns.
Finance Advice
We are not authorised by the Financial Services Authority to conduct
Investment Business. If you require investment business we can
refer you to a firm authorised by the Financial Services Authority.
Value for Money
We provide a value for money service and after our initial consultation
with you, we are able to provide an estimate of the fees involved and
allocate the appropriate level of experience to ensure that you receive
exceptional value.

Online Filing
Where possible, we have the ability to file documents electronically
with H M Revenue & Customs and Companies House. Although it is not
compulsory at the present time, it will become so over the next few
years. There are many benefits of online filing, it is a much
safer and faster option than using the postal service, far more reliable
and also more secure and notices are sent electronically to inform us
that documents have been received and accepted. There is also the
added benefit to the client that, when filing certain documents online,
a tax-free lump sum incentive payment is given to you in order to
encourage the filing of documents using this method. The charge
for filing certain documents is also substantially reduced when filed
online.
